L: half a snickers bar, 3 slices of turkey: 200

Workout: 25 min run, 5 min weights and exercises: -275

S: bread with pb, granola bar: 220

A: 2 beers, whiskey diet, rum and coke, snakebite shot: 575

D: Veggie dish @ sumo sabi with rice, sauteed veggies and garlic sauce: 450

I’ve been slacking- 1/24/12

morning:

oatmeal, tuna, coffee: 330

Mid afternoon:

Turkey sandwich, coffee with some sugar: 250

Dinner: 

Salad, piece of toast with butter: 240

oatmeal with a little butter and cinnamon: 225

Daily total: 1025… not even hungry.
